June is our last extravaganza of the spring!  The weather is bound to be gorgeous, so you'll have the chance to enjoy the scenery and camp facilities (if that's your thing).  Walking, hiking, canoeing, meals outdoors on the patio...soaking up some sun on the dock...maybe a sing-a-long around the campfire?   Spring retreats have so much more to offer.

Customize your crop experience

The Ultimate Scrapbook Retreats are known for the great food, gorgeous surroundings, comfortable accommodations and generous crafting space. 

What sets Koerner Lodge and the Johnston Cabins at Loon Lake apart from other retreat facilities is that these are corporate facilities, designed for grownups, with grownup food, individual bathrooms (not communal), and real linens on real beds (not musty bunkbeds) in semi-private rooms (not dorms). You're welcome to bring your grownup beverages (they even provide us with a giant refrigerator for our drinks and snacks)

Besides the freedom to spread out and scrapbook around the clock, there are other optional activities available to enhance your weekend experience.

We have occasional games, challenges and giveaways throughout the weekend long, but we don't constantly interrupt your concentration. Participation is always optional. And who doesn't like to win stuff?

Marina provides massages, aromatherapy, ear candling, reflexology. She offers her own line of aromatherapy and body products, and an exclusive line of shape wear / active wear.

Kim provides pedicures, manicures, hand and foot treatments, facials.

At some retreats we offer scrapbooking and/or card making classes.

Loon Lake has walking trails, swimming and canoeing.

Both lodges/cabins have cozy gathering areas with fireplaces.

Many people comment on how comfortable the beds are and how well they sleep!  And then there are those that choose not to sleep at all.

Custom menu options are available for those with food allergies/intolerances. Please let us know in advance.

You don't have to be a scrapbooker!  All crafters are welcome!

Another great year of retreats!

Thanks to everyone who attended one of our NINE retreats 2012. Spending the weekend with you at our beautiful lakeside lodge is always a pleasure.

We just wrapped up our last Ultimate Retreat of 2012. Another successful weekend with a wonderful crowd of women spread over 3 scrapping spaces!  Retreat regulars Diane and Gail volunteered to decorate the lodge for the holidays and spent 2 days last week adding stunning touches to all the gathering areas in the main lodge. It's gorgeous! The entertainment was plentiful (Channing Tatum marathon anyone??) and the food -- including turkey dinner -- was excellent (who else had 3 helpings of pumpkin pie? Anyone? Beuller??? Ummmm, nevermind....)

The 2013 Ultimate Retreat schedule starts in January with two winter retreats -- January 11-13 and February 22-24. The winter retreats can be so beautiful if there's snow, and the lodge is so cozy.  Don't let the possibility of snowy weather deter you...they do an excellent job of clearing the road, and should it be extra snowy, we have the means to transport you in and out of the forest so you don't need to drive your vehicle in the mountains.

We're taking reservations for all EIGHT 2013 dates now, and some are almost sold out.  Contact us to reserve your spots.

It's true. At first glance you won't see the prices on the home page.  We're not keeping it a secret. You'll find ALL the retreat info neatly organized on the tabs above.  We want you to consider more than just the price when you're choosing The Ultimate Retreat!

2012 retreat prices are $310 for 2-night retreats (Fri-Sun) and $510 for 3-night retreats (Thu-Sun). 

Prices for 2013 and beyond may be subject to change without notice, as our rates from the facility may change in the future. We'll do our best to notify you as far in advance as possible.

2013 is right around the corner

...and dates are filling up quickly!  October 2013 is almost full, as are some of the more popular spring dates.
