- Contact Heather at ultimatescrapbook@gmail.com to confirm availability for the weekend(s) of your choice. 2 night retreats are $310. 3 night retreats are $510.
- If spaces are available, Heather will send you a registration form and you'll have 2 weeks to send in your $100 deposit. Your deposit is necessary to hold your spot. Be sure to include your registration form with your payment.
- Final payment is due 2 months prior to the event date. For late registrations with less than 2 months lead time, payment is due in full upon registration.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a future retreat date, and only with at least one month's notice AND if your sport can be filled from the waiting list on short notice.
For all of the retreats we have access to the main lodge (32 spots) and for some dates the upper lodge (20 spots). The upper lodge is nice for larger groups but we can put a few smaller groups there as well.
How to Pay
Option #1 -- A cheque for the $100 deposit, and a post dated cheque for the balance, at time of registration.
Option #2 -- A Cheque or cash for payment in full at time of registration.
Option #3 -- Email (Interac) money transfer for the deposit and/or final payment to Heather. Please contact Heather in advance to confirm that this is your payment method, and she will provide the correct email address and further instructions if needed.

So where is Loon Lake? Couldn't find a location anywhere on your website.
Loon Lake is on the property of the UBC Research Forest in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.
There are no directions that I can find. Could you please provide directions. Google maps did not find it.
